Processing Time
Our products are handcrafted with love and typically take about 2-5 business days to create and prepare for shipping. We know you’re eager to receive your items, and we appreciate your patience as we ensure everything is perfect!
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Once your gifts are ready, we ship them to you via USPS. You can expect your items to arrive within 5-7 business days after they leave our hands.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your items are on their way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the link in the email to check the journey of your items in real time!
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship in the US and are unable to ship internationally. We'll announce if that ever changes.
Handling Fees
We do not charge handling fees. You only pay for the shipping service you select.
Free Shipping
For orders over $75, we are happy to offer free standard shipping. It’s our way of saying thank you for bringing Design Divine into your life!
Damages and Issues
While we always strive for perfection, we understand that occasionally, items may be damaged during transit. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can make things right.
Returns and Exchanges
Given the custom and handmade nature of our shop, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
